Lynn Welding offers Nadcap-accredited spot and seam resistance welding services and operates an in-house metallographic laboratory to ensure full compliance with customer and government requirements. Our SCIAKY resistance welders deliver precise, repeatable welds across a wide range of materials—including aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and Inconel—while maintaining optimal conditions for joint integrity. This combination of advanced equipment and proven process control helps reduce rework, improve turnaround times, and ensure dependable quality from start to finish.

Lynn Welding’s experienced team of full-time machinists specializes in producing highly complex, dimensionally critical parts from a wide range of standard and exotic materials. Leveraging decades of expertise in CNC programming and operation, our machine shop offers 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling, as well as manual milling, CNC turning, and Wire EDM.

With over 60 years of combined experience in fabricated assemblies, Lynn Welding specializes in aerospace tooling, precision fabrication, and military components. We support programs such as the Black Hawk and Humvee, providing tooling and assemblies for ground support equipment (GSE), armored vehicles, defense systems, and aerospace components.
